Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer returns and replacements only in specific situations such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered

To claim a replacement

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Submit a clear video and images showing the issue and the packaging label.
  • If valid, we’ll initiate the replacement at no cost.

Cases Not Eligible for Return/Refund

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Color or size dissatisfaction
  • Tampered or washed items
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Delivery Failures & RTOs

If delivery fails, we may attempt up to 2 more times. If still unsuccessful, the order may return to origin (RTO). Extra charges may apply for re-shipping. Repeated failed deliveries may lead to account suspension.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify any of our policies without prior notice. Changes are effective once posted on the website. Continued use implies agreement with the updated terms.


Our Discretion

TrndHub holds the right to approve or deny refunds, exchanges, or replacements after a thorough review.
