Shipping Policy
At TrndHub, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and safely. Please ensure that the shipping details you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within one working day of successful payment.
- Standard delivery: 5–6 business days.
- Customised items: 5–9 business days.
- No dispatches on Sundays or national holidays.
- We use trusted courier partners like Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post (where necessary).
Expedited Shipping
Expedited delivery (4–5 working days) is available for prepaid orders in metro cities.
Remote Locations
For certain remote areas, you may be asked to collect your order from the nearest courier hub. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Damaged Goods
If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Email us within 24 hours at support@trndhub.com with your order ID and photos.
- We’ll arrange a replacement and pickup free of cost.
- Ensure the original packaging and product tag remain intact.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order:
- Email your request within 60 minutes of placing the order to support@trndhub.com with your order ID and name.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch or packaging.
